Intern Role: Accelerator Team Lead
Hours:  ~35 hrs/week (Wednesday evening 5p-7p/8p required) (Other time blocks are required on Monday mornings, Thursdays and Friday mornings)
Compensation: Paid
Education Requirement:  Undergraduate Senior or higher, Entrepreneurship or industry related (varies per program) major preferred
Supervisor:  VP, Accelerator Programming

DESCRIPTION:
The Nashville Entrepreneur Center’s (EC) predominant role is facilitating Accelerator Programs for high-growth, high-potential startups under the verticals of HealthCare, Music Tech, Publishing, Finance and beyond.  The Team Lead for each accelerator will work directly with the participating startups to loosely guide their weekly deliverables, oversee their weekly goals and identify and connect them to key resources available through the EC and program.  This is a unique opportunity to interact with industry specific tech startups and key players within each program’s industry affiliation.  For Spring 2017, we are seeking two different Accelerator Team Leads:  1 to work with the Project Healthcare program and 1 to work with the Project Music program.

Spring 2017: Project Music (Orientation - 1/10, Start - 1/16, End - 5/18)
Spring 2017: Project Healthcare (Orientation - 1/10, Start - 1/16, End - 5/18)
