Beth Chase is founder and CEO of c3/consulting.  She is responsible for directing the firm’s strategy, client relationships, team and operations.  Beth established c3 based on her dedication to the people who make change happen – including c3 team members, c3 clients and the community at-large. 

c3/consulting is a management consulting firm working with Fortune 1000 and growth companies to successfully navigate critical inflection points, like mergers and acquisitions, strategy shifts, emerging competitive or market pressures, significant regulation changes, and scaling infrastructure for growth. c3 acts as a catalyst to bring creative problem-solving, align teams, accelerate action, and deliver results.

Beth is an active community leader. Her board involvement includes: Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Nashville Entrepreneur Center, YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee, and the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.

In 2015, Beth joined Ingram Industries board of directors. Ingram is multi-billion dollar, privately-held business that spans the content and inland marine industry segments. 

In January 2016, Beth will join the Federal Reserve board of advisors for the Southeast region, providing economic input for the region. 

Beth and c3 have won numerous awards, including Inc. 5000, Ernst & Young’s national Winning Women Entrepreneurs, Nashville Business Journal (NBJ) Best in the Business, NBJ Women of Influence, Nashville Technology Council Lifetime Achievement, and Nashville Chamber NEXT Entrepreneur of the Year. 

Prior to starting c3, Beth founded a technology consulting firm and spent 12 years at IBM in a variety of sales, finance, and consulting roles. She has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Beth is married to Randy Chase and has four children.
