The Nashville Entrepreneur Center (EC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2010 to support people and businesses through all phases of the entrepreneurial lifecycle. We connect entrepreneurs with critical resources to create, launch and grow businesses. This includes our coworking space, programs, events, mentorship, and entrepreneurial community. We are seeking a full-time Office Manager and Bookkeeper to join our Nashville-based team.
Summary
The Office Manager & Bookkeeper will play an integral role in our Nashville office. This individual will be responsible for providing ongoing bookkeeping and administrative support, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and ensuring front desk and administrative functions are handled efficiently, accurately, professionally, and respectfully. We are seeking an individual who will bring positivity and energy to foster a creative and supportive environment while ensuring organizational effectiveness and demonstrating open communication.
