The Nashville Entrepreneur Center’s (EC) InFlight program leverages the EC’s full resource network of advisors, curriculum, and community to accelerate the growth and development of early-stage startup companies for a full year. Enrolled entrepreneurs are provided with year-round, industry-leading programming as well as ongoing support.
Program spots are limited and applications are competitive.
Participants will be engaging with the program on-site at the EC on a weekly basis.
InFlight is for full-time founders in the early startup stages who are looking to significantly grow their business. While the cohort will consist of a diverse, wide-ranging group, all selected participants must fit the following criteria:
01. Founder is full-time
02. 1-3 full time team members
03. Annual revenue from $0 to $150,000
Additionally, all participants must fit the following criteria:
Desire to be part of a community of entrepreneurs committed to each other’s growth
Committed to the programs offerings and requirements
InFlight supports entrepreneurs in the critical stage following “I have a vetted idea” through “I have six figures in revenue” by providing monthly programming and ongoing support. Together, these resources will help early-stage startups build their business infrastructure and overcome unique obstacles they encounter during the entrepreneurial journey. After going through InFlight, startups will start connecting with customers and begin delivering their product to the market with a great foundation for future growth.
With InFlight, startups receive two main pillars of support: monthly programming and ongoing support.
Each month, program participants go through weekly programming designed to meet the unique needs of Launch Level founders and help propel their businesses forward. Each month will cover a relevant, early-stage startup topic and curriculum will build throughout the year to provide a comprehensive experience for participants. Monthly programming includes:
Attend interactive classroom sessions featuring world-class startup curriculum taught by business leaders, industry experts, advisors, and more. Classroom sessions include, but are not limited to, startup strategy, financial modeling, financing and fundraising, leadership and management, team building, operations, marketing, branding, and sales.
Engage in peer learning discussions with EC alumni who have “been there, done that” and want to give back to the community. Dig deep about the issues you're working through in a confidential, judgement-free environment.
Learn from the experiences of successful leaders over lunch, engaging them in a confidential, behind the scenes discussion of important issues.
Monthly 1x1 meetings with an EC team member committed to helping participants direct and sustain momentum while optimizing their utilization of the EC resource network.
*InFlight participants also get access to all EC member events
including Lunchin and Learnin, EC Workshop, Member Lunchin, and more.
Outside of regular programming, entrepreneurs get access to other support resources, including, but not limited to:
Throughout the year, the EC will host a minimum of two intentionally-curated events for InFlight participants designed to generate interest, showcase them to the Nashville community, and facilitate investment.
Startup Showcase: A startup village and pitch event showcasing program participants to more than 100 high priority guests, consisting of advisors, investors, media, and other potential supporters.
Unconference: A one day networking event pairing program participants with potential customers, partners, and investors, in a day full of scheduled 1x1 meetings
**Payments for the program will be made in quarterly installments.
