Intern Role: Events & Ops Intern
Hours:  10-20/hrs week (flexible if need more hours for internship requirements)
Compensation:  Credit or Volunteer
Education Requirement:  Undergraduate Junior, Senior or higher, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Event Planning or a similar major
Supervisor:  Customer Service Specialist

The Nashville Entrepreneur Center (EC) is built by Nashville's entrepreneur community.  The EC hosts over 10,000 individuals each year at various community, sponsor and partner events.  The Events and Ops Intern will be responsible for supporting a quality event experience for EC members, the community and guests along with supporting the team's experience with the organization through operational support.  The intern will handle event setup and execution and support day-to-day functions at the EC.

Additional Skills Needed:
- Tech enabled (think microphones & projectors)

- Event planning experience is helpful

- Personable with an attention to detail

- Entrepreneurial minded

- Prioritize tasks depending on the day to day flow

- Good time management

- Ability to work well under pressure
