3 Signs InFlight is Right for You (And 1 Sign It Isn’t)

Applications are now open for the newest cohort of InFlight, but how do you know if Inflight will be helpful for you and your growing business? Today, we’re sharing three signs that InFlight is the best next step for growing your business significantly in the next year.

Sign 1: You’re ready to spend more time working on your business than in it.

Growing pains are real, especially as more and more people start learning about your business. For many founders, this is the turning point – you can no longer do everything yourself, but you don’t know who you want to come alongside you as you take your business to a new level, or what they should be doing to help you.

InFlight offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to go from founder to CEO with a curriculum that focuses on how to bring on the right team members at the right time to maximize growth, delegate like an expert, and finally spend more time on developing comprehensive strategy than responding to customer emails.

Sign 2: You wish you knew more people like you.

Entrepreneurship can be a lonely process. From working long (and sometimes odd) hours, to getting caught up in your next big idea, you may feel like a fish out of water when you share your journey with your friends and family.

InFlight creates a community of people just like you, who can relate to the highs and lows of the founder’s journey. With your fellow cohort members, you’ll work alongside a supportive network to find solutions, share tips and tricks, and cheer one another on through some of the most important moments of your business’s development.

Sign 3: Your questions are getting too big to Google.

You can calculate the ROI of your MVP, know the difference between B2B, B2C and B2B2C, and could talk about your CMS until COB. You’ve made it past the ABCs of entrepreneurship and now your questions are anything but basic.

InFlight’s two Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and community of advisors gives you the opportunity to work through your business’s unique questions and challenges in real time with experts who have been there and done that. Together, you’ll tackle the tough parts of entrepreneurship, from managing investor expectations to optimizing your business model.

1 Sign It’s Not for You: You aren’t ready for exponential growth.

Maybe you’re a first-time entrepreneur just starting out on your idea, maybe your business’s dream team doesn’t need more than you and your laptop, or maybe you’re still building the foundation of your vision. Whatever the case is, if you aren’t ready to significantly grow your business, InFlight may not be the best fit for you… at least not yet!

InFlight is a Phase 2 program built for companies who are ready to scale, which is why we recommend that entrants have at least $50K in annual revenue before joining the program. For those who haven’t met that threshold yet, we recommend taking advantage of our other offerings – like Amplify, Twende and PreFlight – to best prepare you for the advanced curriculum that makes InFlight such an impactful program for later-stage companies.
