Armand Lauzon is the founder of Belle, a company that brings beauty and wellness services to you at home, the office, hotel, and anywhere else. They have been featured in The Tennessean, Forbes, and more. We’re thrilled to feature Armand in this week’s Member Spotlight!
What is your personal motto?
Balance undying optimism with what you’ve learned.
What characteristic do you admire most in successful entrepreneurs?
Humility.
What tool, object or ritual could you not live without in your workday?
A very, VERY large computer monitor.
What advice would you give someone seeking to create, launch or grow a business?
If you are thinking about it, do it. I’m a first-time entrepreneur and it’s such a profound and meaningful experience. You’ll learn more about yourself and the world than you could in any other way. Through the launch and growth of Belle, I’ve also had the privilege of empowering beauty and health professionals through self-employment. It has been incredibly rewarding to help others in the process. I encourage those contemplating it to just get in the arena and go for it.
What does the world need more of?
Haircuts, manicures, massages and more done in-home! The ability to have these services come directly to you provides unprecedented convenience and luxury in a world that needs it. We tailor our services to ensure clients find exactly what they’re looking for and have a great experience. It’s this level of intentionality and care that we need more of.
