In an effort to support individuals who want to develop a business idea, but aren’t ready to give up their day job, Nashville’sEntrepreneur Center is launching its new Pre-Flight program.
The center currently runs intensive 14-week accelerator programs, in which people commit full time to building their companies, and offers basic membership, with classes and networking events, but there was a gap between the two levels of interest, according to program director Robbie Goldsmith. The new program is designed for those who can’t commit to the full accelerator programs, for those whose ideas are not yet developed enough to enter the accelerators, and for those who want to bootstrap their company and are seeking additional expertise.
