LeShane Greenhill on our diversity and inclusion initiative

On the day we the celebrate the launch of our diversity and inclusion initiative, LeShane Greenhill, Entrepreneur in Residence at the EC, took the opportunity to share the profound impact Prince had on our nation and world. “I thought it was a great opportunity for me to talk about what he’s meant and brought to diversity and inclusion,” Greenhill commented. “He used his platform to speak out about injustices and the positiveness that diversity and inclusion could bring to the table. I thought of it as the perfect platform to talk about him and what we’re trying to do, and what we will do, here in Nashville.”

Greenhill shared the plan he and Kelli Nowers have for the diversity and inclusive initiative at the EC, along with the support he gets from his family and CODE2040.
