Nashville, Tenn. (June 16, 2021) – The Nashville Entrepreneur Center (NEC), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and business leaders, today announced its new InFlight, Twende, and TwenFlight cohorts, the most expansive and mature cohorts of entrepreneurs to date. All three programs, which are part of the NEC’s comprehensive suite of services for entrepreneurs and business leaders, are for founders in any industry who are looking to scale their companies. The 2020-2021 cohort members for InFlight, Twende and TwenFlight are all based in Middle Tennessee.

“We are delighted to welcome our most mature group of program cohort members to date,” said Jane Allen, CEO of the NEC. “We often talk about Nashville being one of the best cities in the country to be an entrepreneur, and these new program members are a testament of that fact. And with all of them running Nashville-based companies, we’re sure to feel their impact for years to come.”

Twende is for entrepreneurs of color in Phase 1 of the entrepreneurial lifecycle in all industries looking to significantly grow their businesses and gain access to world-class curriculum, a supportive community, and individualized mentorship. The 2020-2021 cohort is the largest since the program was formed in 2019 and is the first to be primarily tech-focused.
