PreFlight Corporate Innovation is a three-session entrepreneurial-thinking immersion to help rising
business leaders think strategically about innovation in the companies they work at.
Forward-thinking leaders understand that the ability to think strategically about innovation will continue to become more and more valuable in established businesses. But even with this understanding, many rising leaders don’t know the best ways to approach strategic innovation.
In our flagship PreFlight program, we train entrepreneurs how to strategically approach innovation when the stakes are high and nothing can be taken for granted. In PreFlight: Corporate Innovation, we immerse rising leaders from Corporate America in the PreFlight learning experience and tailor each session to fit the unique needs of a corporate audience.
Through case studies, interactive exercises, and engaging class discussions, you will learn the thought processes, best practices, and tactical approaches that entrepreneurs and leading business innovators use to achieve the best results.
You will leave the program with a greater understanding of the art and science behind entrepreneurship and business innovation, and how to apply those principles to elevate your own performance within your organization.
Current and future leaders within established businesses who have a desire to elevate their strategic thinking, communication, and innovation skill sets. Because we intentionally cultivate an intimate environment for rising leaders to learn and collaborate together, interested attendees must complete a brief application. Acceptances into the upcoming program will occur on a rolling basis until slots are filled.
