InFlight Entrepreneurs-In-Residence

Our entrepreneurs-in-residence supports cohorts throughout their time in the program with dedicated mentoring, introductions, and support from the perspective of someone who has “been there, done that.

As a co-founder of Emma, Clint Smith helped grow the marketing software company from a couple of borrowed cubicles to a thriving business with nearly 200 employees. In 2018, the company was acquired in a deal that allowed the Emma team to continue to do great things – and for Clint to step aside after 15 years to focus on other passions, including helping the founders of InFlight through his role as an entrepreneur-in-residence.

Debbie Gordon has successfully founded and sold multiple ventures including Snappy Auctions and S3 Asset Management, and is currently the CEO of CloudRange Cyber, a cyber-attack simulation training platform. She is a long-time member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), having held numerous leadership positions both locally and globally, and frequently speaks on topics around entrepreneurship through her Master Key Executive Development program.
