“The business needs great music tech companies and teams to solve the problems that the digital world has created. I hope that I can help guide the right companies to success.”
— Joe Galante, Former CEO of Sony Music Nashville and one of the key founders of Project Music
“Part of the reason we at Jammber have been so successful in raising millions of dollars in capital is because Nashville’s Project Music gave us a huge first-mover advantage. We were shown massive problems in full-color, up close and personal, described by industry experts in intimate settings. Problems yielding profitable opportunities - long before potential competitors even knew they existed. It was a game changer for us.”
— Marcus Cobb, Jammber, Project Music alumni
“I engage with Project Music because I believe in the program and the people. Encouraging and mentoring the next generation of creative business minds is essential to the long-term health of this business we all love, and Project Music is a great vehicle for that. And it’s not a one-way street—mentors learn plenty from the entrepreneurs, and their enthusiasm is often a much-needed encouragement when we go back to our ‘day jobs’.”
-Duff Berschback, SVP of Legal Affairs and Business Development for Sony/ATV Music Publishing
