Cynthia Church is Chief Strategy Officer for Xealth, a platform for digital health at scale. Xealth’s platform aggregates and organizes digital health assets, programs, tools and related data within the EHR for easy deployment and oversight.
Prior to Xealth, Church led Marketing and Communication for UPMC Enterprises, the innovation and commercialization of UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), which had a portfolio of more than 20 companies. She was also Executive Director of the Center for Connected Medicine, a content hub and executive briefing center. Church originally joined UPMC in 2013 as the Marketing and Communication Director for UPMC’s International and Commercial Services division.
Church joined UPMC after spending nearly 20 years in marketing, communication, finance and human resources roles outside the US, most recently as Head of Communication for ING Investment Management Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, following time with ING New Zealand. Prior to that, she was with retailer The Warehouse Group and beverage company Lion Nathan also in New Zealand.
Church’s career began in the United Kingdom, working in professional services marketing. Church holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University Honors Tutorial College.
