As senior vice president and chief innovation officer for LifePoint Health, Jessie Beegle provides leadership and direction for the organization’s innovation-focused strategies to improve quality, access and patient health outcomes, and accelerate company growth. In her role, she supports LifePoint Forward – the organization’s enterprise strategy for driving innovation, which includes the company’s health tech startup incubator and central innovation engine, 25m Health, as well as driving external innovation partnerships with strategic health systems, technology companies, and the venture capital community. 

Jessie has spent her career working to help healthcare organizations transform and grow their businesses through the adoption of emerging technology such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence and voice, in regulated environments ranging from consumer health to clinical care to drug development. Before joining LifePoint Health, Jessie helped incubate and launch Walgreens Health, a new growth business launched by Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she led commercialization of a technology-enabled health services business that enhanced consumer access to care across WBA’s national footprint. 

Prior to that, she led consumer health efforts at Google, where she helped introduce new features and functionality to support a consumer’s digital health journey across Google’s “billion user” products (such as Google Search, Maps, Android, Nest and YouTube), and was the founding member of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare & Life Sciences business, where she helped establish AWS as one of the leading public cloud partners for payers, providers, medical device, pharmaceutical and digital health companies across the globe. She began her career at General Electric (GE), supporting the global growth of the $6B GE healthymagination iniative.

Jessie has served as a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Agenda Council for Brain Research, Meta-Council on the Future of Health, Future of the Internet Working Group, Global Shapers, and as a constituent at WEF’s Annual Meeting in Davos. She is an active advisor and board member for numerous health technology companies, including Science37 (NASDAQ: SNCE), Arterys, and convrg.ai. She also volunteers with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and the American Cancer Society.Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. She is also a graduate of the John F. Welch Leadership Development Center’s Experienced Commercial Leadership Program and Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program, Disruptive Innovation.
