Vickie has a huge passion for the elderly community both professionally and personally and has spent the greater part of her career advocating for this particular group. She has more recently set out on her own to start QEC Partners focused providing comprehensive quality improvement management and verification solutions for post-acute and long-term services and support partners. Vickie is also the Session 2 Minority Founder scholarship winner for PreFlight.
What is your personal motto?
All is a journey with choices along the route.
What characteristic do you admire most in successful entrepreneurs?
Natural problem solvers.
What tool, object or ritual could you not live without in your workday?
Morning spiritual/coffee time for reflection, inspirational reading, meditation or prayer before launching into the day.
What does the world need more of?
Innovative disrupters guided by and committed to a win/win philosophy.
Why the EC?
The environment provides both the structure and the stimulation required for maximum productivity, both of which were compromised as we attempted to work from our homes, engage by phone and/or meet in various local venues.
