When is the EC open?
The EC is open Monday-Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 8a-4p.
Where do I park at the EC?
Parking at the EC is free when you get your ticket validated. There is no time limit.
Parking is available in the second lot on the left of Peabody St after you turn onto 1st Ave/Hermitage Ave. Please go through the gate and get a ticket, and we’ll validate it at the front desk. DO NOT park in the front lot – these are permit only spots, and you WILL get a ticket.
What resources and amenities are provided with the co-working space?
Our memberships provide access to workspace Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm. Amenities include a variety of seating, standup desks, meeting areas, internet access, printing access and more!
What hours am I able to access the coworking space or conference rooms?
Our hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday – Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. If you want 24 hour access, simply apply for an Incubate Membership.
Can guests or clients visit me at the EC?
We would love to host your guests. Just make sure they stop by the front desk to sign in as a visitor.
How do I reserve a meeting room?
Reserve a meeting room through our member portal! Reservations are based upon room availability.
How does the membership billing work?
Our membership packages are billed on a monthly basis. Unless you cancel your membership in our member portal, you will be billed automatically each month. We do not prorate.
How do upgrades or cancellations work?
Log into our member portal, click on your name in the top right corner and select ‘Price Plans.’ This is where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership, and all changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
I only have one other person in my startup. Can we share a membership?
Unfortunately, no. Our memberships are individually based. We’d love for both of you to join our community. Our month-to-month membership provides you with flexibility, so that you can grow your business on your own terms.
