We are grateful to our McWhorter Circle co-chairs for their support and leadership.
Robert A. Frist, Jr., co–founder of HealthStream, has served as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors since 1990. As chief executive officer, Mr. Frist has positioned HealthStream as a leading provider of workforce development solutions for the healthcare industry. He has led the development of product innovations that is transforming the way healthcare organizations train, assess, develop, schedule, and manage the credentialing of their human capital. Today, approximately 80 percent of the nation’s hospitals rely on HealthStream’s SaaS–based solutions.
Under Mr. Frist’s leadership, HealthStream has received numerous awards and significant industry recognition. The Company has been ranked in Forbes Magazine’s list of the “Top 100 Best Small Companies in the U.S; received a “Best in Business Award” by the Nashville Business Journal; listed #50 in Healthcare Informatics’ “Top 100 HCIT Companies”; and was named one of the “Top 3” market movers in healthcare by the Nashville Chamber and Entrepreneur Center. Mr. Frist was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” for the Southeastern region by Ernst & Young and has been repeatedly recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the “Most Admired CEO” among public companies.
In addition to his leadership role at HealthStream, Mr. Frist served as the chairman of the board for the Nashville Health Care Council (2019–2021). He is also a founding board member of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Robert Frist, Jr. graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Trinity University.
Linda Rebrovick, Nashville CEO and seasoned corporate executive, serves as NEC Board Member, Chair of the Development Committee and Co-Chair of The McWhorter Circle. Linda is proud to be a NEC Founding Board member.
Linda brings business expertise in digital transformation, technology, healthcare, and product commercialization. Her 40-year career includes executive leadership roles with global consulting and technology companies, including IBM Consulting Business Unit Executive, KPMG Consulting, Healthcare, Executive Vice President, BearingPoint Chief Marketing Officer, and Dell Healthcare Sales Area Vice President.
She serves as a Board Director for HealthStream and Guidehouse. She also serves on the Board of Consensus Point, where she also served as their CEO from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, she served on the boards of Tribridge Enterprises, LLC, KPMG LLP, and Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. In the 2018 Annual Report for Directors & Boards, Linda was also recognized as one of the top board directors to watch.
