Donna Cameron

With 40 years invested in the healthcare field, Donna has extensive expertise in the post-acute care continuum as a clinician, operational executive, and consultant. Donna has led several engagements supporting clients’ strategic and operational transition to value-based reimbursement models. Donna works with clients to redesign their care delivery model in alignment with the organization’s strategic and operational priorities. She has led Guidehouse’s solution development of innovative “enabling care at home” programs. Donna has served as the Project Manager for large scale, multi-faceted client engagements focusing on horizontal integration and organizational transformation. 

Donna received her Master of Arts in Speech and Language Pathology, and her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from Indiana University. Donna leads Guidehouse’s Payer / Provider Clinical Solutions team, encompassing care management & utilization management, post-acute continuum, pharmacy, and care transformation. She also serves as the Guidehouse Indianapolis Office Partner.
