Jennifer Junis serves as the Senior Vice President of OSF OnCall and has been in her role since August 2019. The role was newly created to put enterprise-wide strategic and operational structure in the areas of digital experience, digital care, and on-demand services. Jennifer served as a hospital President and Chief Nursing Officer previously within OSF Healthcare. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1994. She holds a BSN and MSN in Nursing Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago. Jennifer has successfully led the formation of a digital health entity that serves internal and external key stakeholders. Key accomplishments include transforming the enterprise call center into an omni-channel digital experience center, leading a 64M dollar Medicaid Innovation Collaborative, and deploying 26 modern Urgent Cares. Jennifer is passionate about creating a differentiated experience for leaders, patients, and the communities she serves.
