Susan McGory

Since joining HCA Healthcare, Susan McGory has continued to lead initiatives that better connect patients to care through both HCA Healthcare’s urgent care operations as well as customer relationship management growth strategies. Both professionally and personally, care coordination and patient experience are passions for her. In Susan’s role as Vice-President of Customer Relationship Management for HCA Healthcare, she has the opportunity and pleasure to truly impact these passions. She has been with HCA since 2013, managing the company’s employer-based clinic initiatives, population health management programs and urgent care market expansion. She has also held Chief Operating Officer positions for CNA Financials Life & Long Term Care businesses, Strategic Health Services and Fontis Healthcare. In the last decade, her focus has been on the development of customer-centered business and product solutions to help improve care coordination, enhance the patient experience and facilitate growth of the bottom line. A graduate from Texas A&M University, Susan has served on multiple boards for both profit and not-for-profit organizations.
