Telehealth Academy III: brings together a collective of healthcare powerhouse experts to forecast virtual care innovation and scale impact

Nashville, Tenn. (July 17, 2023) – The Nashville Entrepreneur Center (NEC) is announcing Telehealth Academy III, a Nashville-based conference designed for healthcare industry professionals and entrepreneurs to learn about virtual care advancements happening in telehealth. The event will take place on September 21, 2023, from 8 am to 4 pm with a focus on policy, technology, care at home, and efficient solutions addressing workforce challenges.

This year’s program is presented by eVisit, a leading virtual care platform built to help health systems  and large, complex healthcare organizations deliver an efficient, engaging virtual care experience.

“We proudly announce the highly anticipated third edition of the event, Telehealth Academy III,” said Eric Thrailkill, chairman of Project Healthcare, an accelerator program of Nashville Entrepreneur Center. “This year’s program promises to provide participants with invaluable insights into the evolving landscape of telehealth due to an impressive lineup of sponsors, including eVisit, Epstein Becker & Green, NTTData, HCA Healthcare, Ziegler, and Best Buy Health. Their support underscores the significance of telehealth and virtual care in shaping the future of healthcare delivery and improving patient outcomes.”

Every segment of the healthcare industry is reimagining the impact of virtual care as services continue migrating toward more accessible, lower cost sites of care — including the home. As the industry grapples with tremendous headwinds, new ideas are permanently shifting care delivery models to address the challenges of cost, utilization, access, and safety.

“eVisit is proud to be the title sponsor of Telehealth Academy III,” said Sachin Agrawal, CEO of eVisit.

“We look forward to supporting and fostering thought leadership discussions that will emerge around virtual and home-based care, challenges of cost, utilization, and access in healthcare, and much more.”

Scaling Impact:

Now in its third year, Telehealth Academy is a unique event bringing together executives from leading incumbent provider organizations, industry influencers and disruptors, employers, associations, patients, consumers, and the frontline providers of today and tomorrow. Telehealth Academy III is intended for executives ranging from early stage innovators to industry leaders across the clinical, financial, operations, technology, and legal compliance areas and will include the voices of patients, providers, employers, and financiers of healthcare.

The Event:

The day will kick off with an inspiring opening keynote delivered by Paul Keckley, renowned healthcare futurist and author of The Keckley Report. Keckley’s address will provide valuable insights into the future of telehealth and its potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry.
